  Washrooms seem dirty most of the time. Staff seem a bit nonchalant, could be better. Theatre halls aren't very big, but good enough. If you sit in the front.. of course that sucks. And the people are always making noises, which can't be helped either. Food is food and prices, like with all theatres, are over the top. Quality of film and audio are good.

  Awesome cinema! They have a great soda machine inside. You know, one of those ones where you can make VANILLA COKE! Honestly that alone made this a good experience. The theater itself is also really nice inside and clean! Give this place a try next time you want to go see a movie.

  Tips: come a bit early, get the tickets online if possible and get the best seats. The ticket kiosks will work for most situations. Theatre is: good enough.

  Great cinema. Very clean. Quick service and friendly staff. We had free scene points for our snacks and movie and there were no issues redeeming our points. The scene program is a really great perk. There are other cinemas closer to my house but I'll definitely go to this location over others as it was clean and staff was great.

  The theatre is nice and large and seats are pretty comfortable. It's very far at the outskirts of Newmarket near Costco. I didn't visit the popcorn stand so I can only comment on the experience of buying tickets. It was all kiosks with one attendant. The kiosks are beyond glitchy and we ended up needing a manager to do it manually anyway. In other words, for us, the process took much much longer than it would have if we waited in line and had a real human process our tickets. For that reason I am only giving 3 stars. It may be the only sustainable way to maintain this theatre but as a result, I'm in no hurry to go back.

  We were there on Dec 2nd in the evening. There was a manager on duty. Didn't catch his name but was possibly in his 30's. So we were early. When we were in line to buy tickets ( didn't realize there are no people there anymore) this manager sees we have gift certificates, comes over and let's us know this other employee will be happy to help us, and opens the velvet rope and escorts is to where the guy helped us. I also witnessed that manager pick up a broom at least 3x doing a once around the lobby. The first time I commented "It would have been nice to have a manage like that when I worked in the service industry."

  I also watched him, watch a young employee clean up a spill and when the young man looked up and saw that the manager was watching him and the manager gave him an affirmative thumbs up. I found his style impressive. I think it is the way all managers should act but I don't often see it anymore. Thought it was worth mentioning.
